HDC Hydrogen T&S Working Group Market Framework Report

UESO is happy to host the HDC Hydrogen Transport & Storage Working report regarding hydrogen market frameworks.
The report focuses on developing a model market framework, or frameworks, best suited to supporting the operation of initial hydrogen networks; with a primary focus on system balancing.
Importantly, it considers many of the issues raised in the DESNZ consultation on Hydrogen Economic Regulatory Framework and this report should be considered in parallel with the consultation.
